Festival Info
The festival originated from the South Weald Flower Festival which started in 1964 and has evolved each year to become the South Weald Patronal Festival which was a week long event for the first time in 2014. In recent years the event has taken place across 3 days at the end of June and includes events such as the Teddy Bears Picnic, the South Weald Golf Day, School Fayre, Music Concerts, Festival BBQ & Patronal Festival.

SWF CHARITY GOLF DAY
Hosted at Brentwood Golf Club the day includes breakfast on arrival, entry to all competitions, plus BBQ and the traditional strawberries & cream! You can keep track of all players scores with on course Live Scoring (via app). Registration from 8.00am, breakfast from 8.30am with a shotgun start at 10.30am. Attempt The Impossible Putt, , BBQ, presentations and prize giving. Prizes include a 2 night golf break in UK, £2000 Golf Voucher Break, a TaylorMade iQ35 Driver, plus £1000 bonus prize and trick shots show.

The summer fayre will consist of a range of school and external stalls and games, including an inflatables course on the school field. We have confirmed showcases from Aspire Gymnastics and Costello Music School students. As well as a range of food options and a bar serving refreshments.
